chevy S10 2wd blazer bolt in c notches for crooked frame. These allow the axle to move up 2 1/4" .  These will fit all blazer excepted the 95+ 4 door use the straight frame.  Comes with left and right notches. 16 - grade 8 bolts 1 1/2" long.  right and left template. .
